Genetically Modified Mouse Model and Application
With the ambitious goal of making the world’s most comprehensive library of cKO/KO mouse models, GemPharmatech launched Knock-Out All Project (KOAP) in 2018. All protein-coding and non-coding genes which corresponding cKO/KO strategies can be manipulated are modelled one after another using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. With the maturation of this project, the shopping experience of mouse models is as easy as shopping in the supermarket for researcher worldwide. Up to now, there have been more than 16,000 cKO/KO strains in stock, covering popular research directions including tumor, metabolism, immunity, development, DNA and protein modification, and etc.
